A big HELLO to my lovely readers! Hope y'all doin' great. As for me, we went for a mini vacation 2 weeks ago, I'm still editing some of the photos from the trip so watch out for it. 

Just that kind of day wherein after a long week of work, you just want to relax and make your days off worth it which I did. I'm not sure if you can tell on the photos that I dyed my hair lighter on the ends. I went to the hair salon that day to get my ombre retouched. I'm so happy with the result. The hair colorist named Chris gave me a peek-a-boos which I never had before. It's more visible if I pull my hair back. That's pretty much update on my part. So how about you? Howdy? It's been awhile! I know I've been MIA for too long. I've been in a such long hiatus on blogging thus I just want to say thank you for all my new readers/ followers. I really appreciate all the comments loves! My apology for not replying to all of it and I know thank you's not good enough. I love you all!

Spring is just around the corner. Well, here in Cali at least. Flowers start to bloom or shall I say some just did. It's my most awaited time of this spring season. The colors of spring are just so beautiful. Pastel colors and floral prints are trending. Ahhhh! It's just a great feeling that spring is really near. I hope you're excited as I am to experience spring time this year.

Nasty Gals Do It Better

Three months ago, I joined the Nasty Gal Instagram Contest, wherein you just post a photo on Instagram that says NastyGalsDoItBetter. So I posted a few entries.

This was the entry featured on their page.

My entry was featured on their page.

Being featured on their page was overwhelming for me because it was the first time that my work got featured and they have more than four thousand entries to choose from. From there, I decided to post another entry on the last day of the contest.

And guess what happened next? 

I won the second place on the Nasty Gal Instagram Contest. Not bad eh? I was so ecstatic that time, I got a $500 Nasty Gal gift card + a swag bag. It was my first time winning a contest like that.

F I R S T S

I can't forget the first day I came here at Sacramento or shall I say my first day in US. It was almost fall I think. The first store I went was Walmart.  I still remember my mom said to me that I had to take a picture with the Walmart sign which I did. (Filipinos really love to take pictures wherever they go.) I can't remember what we bought there. 

So my parents drove me around Sacramento and my mom bought me my first pair of shoes,    a fall/winter boots which I wear it until now. At first I don't know what style to look for because it was my first time buying those kind of shoes. 

When my mom introduced me to a store called Ross, it is an outlet store where you can shop all kinds of stuff at affordable prices and that was the time I became more interested on fashion. Whenever I bought stuff from there, I played dress up, mix and matching clothes when I get home and take a snapshots of what I'm wearing.

When my ennui strikes, I always surf the internet, go online. Right then, I was curious about the Forever21 store, what kind of clothes they have so I browsed on their store online and found out they have good and amazing stuff, add to that they are so affordable and up to date. Starting there, I got hooked on F21. 

These were my very first Forever 21 haul I purchased online.

The Beginning of Anything.

Yay! Finally convinced myself to create a blog. Why only I made this blog now? That's because I'm not good at expressing myself and I have disorganized thoughts. So bear with me if my posts are not that fun or entertaining to read.
