The $25 Outfit Challenge

Few days ago I received a message from one of the bloggers if I want to join this outfit challenge so I said yes right away. 

A  fellow blogger who introduced me into this challenge was

This challenge is for you to find an entire outfit for $25 or under. 

Honestly, I did a little cheat on this challenge. My apology for that. I really didn't have time to shop in-store so I shop mostly online. The fedora hat and accessories were from ebay, there are lots of good stuff you can buy from the site which are very affordable and in good condition. You can buy designer brands for half the original price or buy the pre-owned stuff in a very good deal. I bought the shoes long time ago which was on sale and haven't been using it for quite some time. I got the chambray romper last Christmas which was on sale too and I never got the chance to wear it that time. Added a lil bit pop of color with the aztec print scarf which I turned into a belt. Good thing I joined this challenge.

Motionless

As the title speaks itself. This outfit surely is a cozy one especially on bed weather season. I know most of you can't stand cold weather. As for me, I usually watch movies or TV series marathon during these days. Currently obsessed with Korean TV series (Koreanovela) I think I probably watched more Korean series than any American TV series or Filipino soap operas/ telenovelas.

My inspirations to do this outfit post are @lizmonster and @amylovesweets  on Instagram. They both have such a unique photography skills add to that they're both beautiful inside and out. They never fail to surprise their followers on every update on their page. I really adore them. Go follow them on Instagram. You'll never regret it.

'Just because' I've been MIA for so long doesn't mean I'm off-track. It's just the weather that keeps me from doing my outfit posts. It's not that I hate winter season, I just couldn't get myself together due to cold temperature especially with my petite body. ^^

I wore this outfit during my stepdad's birthday two weeks ago. What I love the most is the crochet shoulder top from UO. I'm so in love with anything that's crochet, feels feminine and free spirited. The muse bag from Ross is actually one of my oldest bag I got since I migrated here in the U.S, still I just can't get enough with it. I like how the skirt and tights complement on each other. Immured

Immure means confine; restrict. I've been in such a long hiatus from  posting on my social accounts hence procrastinated for a few weeks. Unmotivated nor uninspired for the past few weeks. Why? I have no idea at all. ( 'Emo' mode ) Well, I know some of you think I'm kind of weird in some way but don't we go through this type of situation time to time? Don't worry, I'm good now, just picking up myself piece by piece. 

This outfit somewhat explains how unmotivated I am. The top I got from Ross is actually backless shirt which is adjustable at the bottom part. I planned to take a photo at the back of the top but it was freezing cold that day, maybe next time.The criss cross jeggings I got from Minx Apparel (An Instagram online shop) they got some pretty cool stuff and awesome styles. I was searching for this kind of jegging for a long time and I was so happy when I found it on Instagram. It was worth the wait. To complete the look, I used the southwest pattern backpack from Forever 21 to add some color and pattern from my so-called 'immured' look. What do you think of this outfit?
